UBarU Contemplative Spiritual Practices Retreat: event postponed. Fall date coming

April retreat plan has been changed due to corona virus situation.  Event to be postponed until Fall 2020.

Join us at UBarU Camp & Retreat Center  Fall 2020 for a Contemplative Spiritual Practices Retreat Weekend

Rev. Rob Moore and Sandy Moore (not related) will provide the spiritual programming which will also include food, lodging, fellowship and possibly, transformation.

Contemplative retreats are a way to deepen your relationship with the Holy, with Love, with Life. They offer time and space away from the busyness and demands of daily life and allow the mind, body, and spirit to surrender to Mystery and simply Be for a time. Please join us at UBarU for this contemplative retreat with a survey of spiritual practices that will include sacred reading, labyrinth walk, mindfulness/meditation, spiritual direction, and prayer. Whether you wish to deepen an existing practice, learn other ways to practice, or incorporate a new practice into your life, this retreat is for you. We will have many opportunities to practice, engage in silent reflection, journal, and share our experiences. We will incorporate plenty of free time for private practice and rest and relaxation.  See you there!

Cost is $160 for the 2 nights lodging, programming and 5 meals.  $180 after early bird pricing ends.  There is an option for a private room reservation in the Brown Center Suites.  $100 for the room which has a queen bed and set of bunk beds to accommodate up to 4 people (you only need to register one person of your pairing or so for the private room).

Email Robyn at director@ubaru.org with questions.
