Price Structure

Lodging: (All rates are per night unless specified otherwise.  Weekends = Friday & Saturday. Weekdays = Sunday thru Thursday). 13% county and state will be added to listed prices.

• Rev. Dwight and Marie Brown Center (DMB Center) private rooms:

               $90 weekends  $85 weekdays (2 guests)  

               $125 weekends $100 weekdays   (3-4 guests)

               DMB Center dedicated suite (up to 15 guests) : $450 weekends $400 weekdays

Cottages: (two night minimum) 13% county and state will be added to listed prices.

• Hermitage: $200 weekends $150 weekdays - weekly rate $700 (6nts 7days)
  (Private bath/ Full kitchen/ maximum of 8 guests.)

• Sojourner: $150 weekends (F, Sat,& holidays) $130 weekdays (Sun-Th) - weekly rate $660 (6nts 7days)
  (Private Bath / Partial kitchen (Refrigerator/microwave/toaster oven - maximum of 4 guests.)

• Ranch House: $160 weekends(F,Sat,& holidays) $140 weekdays (Sun-Th) - weekly rate $670 (6nts 7days)
  (Private Bath/ Full Kitchen/ maximum of 4-6 guests.)

• Day Use: $10 per person access fee. Contact director@ubaru.org to make arrangements.

• Observatory: Our astronomers can be scheduled for groups of 10 more people for a Star Gazing experience. Star Gazing Fees start at $100 for groups of adults (not including access fees). Contact director@ubaru.org to arrange a Star Gazing experience.

• UBarU Meeting House: exclusive use of meeting house for day use: $200 weekends $150 weekdays (up to 10 hours.)
  Meeting House: overnight: $350 weekends $300 weekdays (up to 24 hours max 7 guests - Group Deposit/Refund Policy applies.)

• Exclusive use of Rev.DMBC overnight: $1200 weekends $1000 weekdays (up to 24 hours max 60 guests - Group Deposit/Refund Policy applies.)

• Exclusive use of entire UBarU campus: day use $1500 weekends $1250 weekdays. (up to 10 hours - Group Deposit/Refund Policy applies.)

• Exclusive use of entire UBarU campus: overnight $2000 weekends 1800 weekdays (up to 24 hours - Group Deposit/Refund Policy applies.)

Group Rates:

To request a group proposal for a multi day reservation please email the following information to: director@ubaru.org

* group name and information including contact details

* preferred date and alternate date

* number of over night guests

* meals requests (i.e: Friday dinner, Saturday BLD and Sunday Breakfast needed.)

Camping: 13% county and state will be added to listed prices.
$20/per person per night (includes access to central Rev.Dwight & Marie Brown Center (DMBC) restrooms.)

Deposit Policy:  receipt of one nights rate (individual or group) secures a reservation.   Day use deposit is 50% of day use rate.

Refund Policy:  Individuals/Families receive deposit minus $50 if cancelled outside two weeks of stay.  No refund within two weeks of reservation.

Group Refund Policy: Groups of +10 receive deposit less 50% if cancelled outside 60 days of stay.  No refund within 60 days of reservation.

Meals: Prepared and served by UBarU staff from the main kitchen in the Meeting House.

Individual Rate: (prices include drinks)
Breakfast: $8.00 adult; $5 .00 children 6 – 12, 0 – 5 free
Lunch: $10.00 adult; $7.00 children 6 - 12, 0 – 5 free
Dinner: $12.00 adults; $9.00 children 6 – 12, 0 -  5  free       

 Note: Staff prepared meals for individuals are normally only available when 10 or more guests total (including groups) have included these in their reservations; see group-rate meals for groups < 10.  Also, use of the main kitchen is restricted to use by or under the supervision of approved staff.   

Group Meal Rates

• Groups < 16: Individual rate (above); however for < 10 people there is in addition a surcharge of $40/meal or $100/day (for three meals) to cover the cost of kitchen staff.

• Groups of 16 - 30 guests: ( prices include drinks )

  • Breakfast: $8.00, adult; $5.00, child, 6-12; $0, Child 0-5;

  • Lunch: $10.00, adult; $7.00, child, 6-12; $0, child 0-5;

  • Dinner; $12.00, adult; $9.00, child, 6-12; $0, child 0-5;

  • All 3: $30.00, adult; $21.00, child, 6-12; $0, child 0-5;

• Groups of > 30 guests: (prices include drinks)

  • Breakfast: $7.00, adult; $4.00, child, 6-12; $0, child 0-5;

  • Lunch: $9.00, adult; $7.00, child, 6-12; $0, child 0-5;

  • Dinner: $11.00, adult; $9.00, child, 6-12; $0, child 0-5;

  • All 3: $27.00, adult; $20.00, child, 6-12; $0, child 0-5.
